Our tours are opportunities for parents to learn about VAIS, see the classrooms in action, and ask questions about the school! No registration is necessary, but bringing your ID/driver's license is appreciated.

at VAIS

Incoming kindergartners can try a Mandarin lesson and get to know our K/1 experience.
Lunar New Year Celebration
at Verona Public Library
February 7, 2026, 9:30-11:30am
Story time and crafts about Lunar New Year at the library.
Spring Showcase
at Badger Ridge Middle School
February 13, 2026, 1pm
Mandarin students in K-12 preform Chinese songs, dances and plays.

Application for VAIS/Charter School and Choice Placement
To be considered for any Charter/Choice program, you must submit an online application. You must submit the online application for your incoming Kindergartner to be considered, even if you
already have an older student enrolled in one of these programs.
Only one application request per VASD resident student may be submitted.
